The neck can present with lumps in many different conditions. As the neck has many lymph nodes and glands these may swell causing a presentation of a concerning large swelling.

Common neck lumps the clinic sees are predominately around the front and back of the neck and many are benign. This subsequently may involve the shoulder areas and encroach in to these areas causing functional problems.
